Roslyn Dixon is a visionary entrepreneur and lifelong advocate for children and educators. For more than 25 years, she has led with purpose and passion—founding Dixon Academy, which has grown from a single site into four thriving campuses dedicated to nurturing young minds during the most important years of life.

Believing deeply that the first five years shape a child’s future, Roslyn built Dixon Academy on the values of love, learning, and community. Her commitment extends beyond the classroom through the Dixon Foundation, which supports families and educators, and The Launch Collective, a platform she created to empower early education leaders to grow, innovate, and lead with heart.
